QIs it waterproof or water resistant?

AYes, IPX5 waterproof certified.

QIf without apply any skin care can use the massage head to do massage?

AYes. CM-100 can be used without applying skin care product when massaging. But it suggests to clean your skin before using.

QThe massage head is for what purpose? (Face & Eye) Got negative ion?

AThe initial function is defined as vibration massage for eyes area without negative ion function.

QWhat Is the material of brush.

AThe material of CM-100 brush is white PET, which is a kind of plastic material.

QIf I use blue photon light function to treat acne, how long do I need to place it on the spot? 1 minute?

AWe suggest to place it on one spot for 5~8 seconds and then move to another. The treatment time is around 10 minutes for whole face. Users can adjust the treatment time according to their own skin condition. The maximum treatment time is 30 minutes.

QWhen using bule photon light function, does it need to contact with skin or not?

AKeeping the blue photon light as close to the skin as possible. If the skin has an inflammatory reaction, we don't recommend to let the blue light kit touch the skin. And please be careful do not look at the blue photon light directly.

QFor the blue light function , on bare skin or with cream?

QFor cleaning just rinse with water or need to use soap?

AWater, soap or facial cleanser are all be fine, as long as you can achieve facial cleansing effect.

QFor the microdermabrasion function , do i use on dry clean skin? Or wet skin?

AWet skin is better.

QThe first two functions of CM-400 both have vibration. Does the vibration generated by resistance?

AThese 2 kinds of vibrations are both acoustic vibration.
